Legacy Farm ASP Approved!
3rd Reading Granted
Legacy Farm Area Structure Plan received first reading on January 12, 2022 and second reading on February 16 following the public hearing. On April 6, 2022 the ASP received 3rd reading and is now an adopted bylaw in the Town of Strathmore!
Next steps include coordinating investors, tenants and moving towards subdivision and development applications.
